Order and Delivery Information
Prior to placing an order please ensure the item you are purchasing is correct. If you have any questions please contact us and we can assist with ensuring your purchase is suitable for your application.
If you believe the item you have purchased is incorrect we can cancel this within 24 hours as long as the item has not been delivered, or been prepared for delivery i.e. loaded onto delivery vehicle. After this time frame a charge may be incurred for cancelled orders.
Our shipping costs cover most of the UK - however, parts of England, Scottish Highlands and Islands including areas north of the Glasgow / Edinburgh border, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Anglesey, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may incur extra delivery charges.
If you are placing an order for delivery to any of the below postcodes please call us to confirm delivery availability and cost - if an order is placed without prior contact and a delivery charge is due we may have to cancel the order.

Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, after 2pm they may not be processed until the following working day.
Delivery lead times vary by product and delivery location. Delivery times on product listings are a guideline only and we will provide you with an exact delivery date after order processing. We will usually be able to provide a delivery date with 48 hours, but this can be longer.
Damaged or Missing Items
All damaged or missing items must be noted on the delivery note. Please check your items over prior to signing for them.
Proof of Delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish proof of receipt of your goods.
Restocking and Redelivery Charges
Deliveries which are attempted, but not completed due to customer fault, are subject to 25% redelivery fee before redelivery would be attempted.
Orders which the customer chooses to return after delivery, are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the net price, this could be more dependent on the item. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been returned to us and checked over.
The customer is responsible for offloading items from the delivery vehicle.
A Hi-ab offload is available on many of our products - if you require a hi-ab please let us know prior to ordering as for some products there is an extra charge.
Delivery drivers are unable to assist in removing the items where a hi-ab offload has not been requested and if the customer requests the help of the delivery driver it is at the customers own risk.
Delivery Cancellations and Delays
Delivery transport is sub-contracted and various hauliers may be used to deliver your goods. Where possible, agreed delivery dates and times will be met, but GB Drainage Solutions Limited does not accept liability for costs or delays associated with missed or late deliveries.
